History



The Shaolin Sect was founded in the Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms period by the Buddhist monk Bodhidharma, who founded the sect for Buddhist followers to practice martial arts. In addition, Shaolin students were expected to have excellent moral ethics in addition to having a good mastery of Shaolin martial arts.










Shaolin Temple

 Jinyingquan is one famous style of Shaolin boxing. Every movement of it is strong and connected with the claws of eagles. Also, its features mostly came from the White Crane Boxing. As a precious heritage of Chinese culture, it should be practiced to the whole world.

Wushu In common parlance, all the wushu around world comes from Shaolin. The Shaolin weapons used in wushu include long weapons, shout weapons, soft weapons, and hidden weapons, including falchions, spears, swords, sticks, halberds, whips, shovels, bolas, axes, hooks, forks, crutches, and staffs. Each of them has its unique merit.

Kung Kung is the denotation of the profound and mysterious Shaolin Kungfu. In the ancient times, several expert Buddhist monks succeeded in many magical skills such as Hard Qikung, Tongzi Kungfu, iron head-kung.
